I am pretty sure that its impossible to find.
Not to mention if you refer to caveats, there are really not much first owners of 1625 sqft left that can sell at that price and not make a loss.
And i must re emphasize that the only reason why prices might soften next year or drop is because of owners who bought cheap and willing to lock in their profits so that they can restructure their portfolios to get a better unit elsewhere. I do not expect much sellers to sell at loss just because they are cash tight. It makes more sense to let go of their shares instead.
